JU HUA Group Co., Ltd. (JUHUA for short in Chinese and English) was founded in May, 1958. Our group was approved by the National Economic and Trade Committee in 1992. We were identified as the first batch of units authorized to operate state-owned assets of Zhejiang Province in March, 1998.

JU HUA Group Co., Ltd. established Zhejiang JU HUA Limited Stock Company (Security Code is 600160) and went public in the stock exchange market of Shanghai in June 1998.
